Your Role at Sephora: 

As a Senior Network Architect at Sephora, you will be at the forefront of our network strategy, driving the design and implementation of sophisticated, scalable, and secure network solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our multi-cloud strategy and ensuring our network infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our business. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Vision and Leadership: Lead the development and deployment of advanced network architectures, ensuring alignment with Sephora's strategic goals and business objectives.
• Strategic Network Planning: Formulate and drive comprehensive network strategies, focusing on scalability, resilience, and future growth.
• Performance and Optimization: Oversee continuous network performance evaluations, implementing enhancements to maintain optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
• Security and Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous security protocols and compliance standards, safeguarding Sephora’s network infrastructure.
• Technical Design Delivery: Produce high-quality architecture artifacts, including high-level designs, detailed roadmaps, and thorough test plans.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with various technical and business teams, translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

 

We're excited about you if you have:

• Extensive Expertise: 8-10 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex network infrastructures across GCP, Azure, and on-premises environments.
• Cloud and Hybrid Environments: Proven track record of delivering solutions in hybrid, multi-cloud, and cloud-native environments.
• Advanced Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco switches, Aruba APs, Clearpass, F5, and advanced knowledge of Azure UDR, BGP, NSG, ASG, Vnets, VNG, ISE/ASE, Databricks, Redis, and SDN.
• BGP Environment Mastery: Skilled in designing, scaling, and troubleshooting large-scale BGP environments.
• Network Automation Proficiency: Extensive experience with network automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and proficiency in scripting for network configurations and management.
• Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale network projects, mentor team members, and drive technological innovation within the organization.

 

The annual base salary range for this position is $174,960.00 - $216,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this
