Senior FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our SaaS business. The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, providing critical insights and recommendations to the leadership team, and driving financial performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and management of the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with business unit leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis to the FP&A Manager and the leadership team
• Conduct financial analyses and modeling to identify opportunities to improve revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial dashboards and tools to support decision-making
• Lead ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as needed, such as pricing strategy analysis, scenario planning, and M&A due diligence
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior financial analysts to ensure high-quality financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related field
• Experience working at a SaaS or technology company strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial planning software
• Experience using Workday Adaptive Planning strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Netsuite, Salesforce, BambooHr preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with business partners
• Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
