Inventory Control/Warehouse Operators Needed for Nights!

The Inventory team needs experienced candidates who have experience working in a Warehouse as a Warehouse Operator/Material Handler. Experience working with receiving, using RF Scanners, doing cycle counts and utilizing manifests is strongly encouraged.
How will you make an impact? As a Warehouse Operator/Material Handler with Jabil, you will work under minimal supervision and serve as the team leader in the absence of the Supervisor. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and executing a variety of material handling tasks.
The schedules are as follows:
Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday 6pm-6am - shift differential offered
Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday 6pm-6am – shift differential offered
Hourly pay range is $21.50, and a shift differential is offered for evening shifts.
What will you do?
Material Handling tasks include, but are not limited to, Return to Stock (RTS), stockroom operations, cycle counts, Work in Progress (WIP) support, shipping, receiving, and inspection.
Act as a liaison between Production Control, Production Management, and the production line to resolve inventory-related issues.
Store materials in designated stockroom locations using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and verify transactions in the ERP system.
Pull and split kits according to system procedures.
Scan kits to the shared drive and pull shortages to ensure kit completeness.
Count returned materials from the production line to maintain system accuracy.
Conduct cycle counts and complete material disposition reports.
Follow procedures outlined in International Organization for Standardization (ISO) documentation.
Verify carton counts against the bill of lading and match packing slips to materials.
Sign for deliveries after validation and complete system receipts for production materials.
Verify packing slips, receipts, and inventory quantities.
Perform ERP transactions to move materials to appropriate locations.
Make inventory adjustments and maintain Quality Control certification.
Understand and follow domestic and international shipping procedures.
Execute physical movements and system transactions accurately and safely.
How will you get here?
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience in a material handling or logistics role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in basic Excel skills.
Knowledge and experience working with RF Scanners (Handheld or Zebra is a plus)
Knowledge and experience working with cycle counts
Ability to work and understand manifests.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with managers, clients, and team members.
Ability to read and interpret instructions, visual aids, and correspondence.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
