Support Transactional Systems Business Operations (ROB), EBS Operations Team, People Partners and Finance Partners.  You will lead and drive strategic communications and engagement initiatives across Transactional Systems.   You will partner with Talent Acquisition to help manage and drive strategic top hires across all Transactional Teams

• You understand both Software Engineering and Product disciplines and are able to effectively communicate and understand technology to identify and support ongoing opportunities and strategic initiatives across Transactional Systems

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise programs across multiple teams and disciplines

• Exceptional ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient project execution while maintaining accountability and fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment

• Understanding of software architecture, software design principles, product and contribute to architectural decision-making processes

• Efficient engineering resource utilization and delivery will be a priority, and you will need to simplify and clarify priorities and create plans with appropriate milestones for advance planning and executive buy-in.
