As a Solutions Architect focused in the Web and Mobile space, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing extensible, maintainable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business and technical needs. You will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and leadership to translate complex requirements into robust architectural designs. Your expertise will guide the adoption of best practices and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. 

This role will be hybrid, in the Jersey City, NJ office 3 times per week. Candidates must also be willing to travel on-site to complete onboarding orientation as dictated by the hiring team.

What You Will Do: 

• Develop comprehensive architectural solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. 

• Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system design diagrams, and data flow models. 

• Ensure solutions are scalable, extensible, secure, and meet performance and reliability standards. 

• Collaborate with Tech Leads and engineering teams to guide implementation and resolve technical challenges. 

• Own the creation and maintenance of shared Caesars FE App components, used for common user journeys and app functionality. Ensuring these are well-known, well developed, tested, integrated and used across our Caesars Digital App Eco-System 

• Develop solutions which consider the entire web and mobile stack, including SEO, landing pages, desktop, mobile web, fully native apps for a multitude of brands and product types 

• Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies as needed. 

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance system capabilities. 

• Engage with other Solutions Architects to maintain architectural standards to drive consistency and efficiency across the organization in partnership with the Director of Architecture. 

• Support efforts to modernize legacy systems or address technical debt where needed. 

• Monitor the growth and scale of underlying services and platforms, engaging with DevOps to maintain them via an agreed upon archiving and backup procedure. 

What You Will Need: 

• 5+ years of architectural experience 

• 6-9 years of progressive software engineering experience 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment. 

• Effective communicator with excellent collaboration skills across diverse teams. 

• Extensive background in software engineering with a strong focus on architecture. 

• Expertise in designing and building adaptive web and fully native applications 

• Experience developing in technologies such as JavaScript, React, React Native, Capacitor, Swift, Swift UI 

• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms. This includes experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Snowflake
