- Information Architecture
- Define and implement metadata tagging systems to organize and categorize knowledge assets in SharePoint.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in knowledge classification.
- Implement efficient search and retrieval mechanisms to access knowledge.
- Utilize UI/UX best practices to design user-friendly SharePoint sites.
- Lead discovery of current knowledge artifacts, systems, and architecture.
- Knowledge Management
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify, capture, and document knowledge.
- Facilitate knowledge creation through workshops, interviews, and collaboration.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
- Master’s degree and 10 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 18 years of experience
- Experience establishing new knowledge management policies.
- Experience creating and managing knowledge management processes.
- Experience with designing KM solutions in SharePoint.
- Experience with change management, presentations, and training experience to include writing and publishing user guides, conducting briefings to client stakeholders and executives, conducting systems training, and writing agency communications and announcements.
- Experience with Office 365, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Master’s degree and 10 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 18 years of experience
- Public Trust; U.S. Citizenship required.
