Our purpose is not only to create beautifully designed products but also to build a beautiful company.<br/> We look to create a real community that shares more than just work projects, because everyone's fulfillment is essential to us and creativity isn't always born behind a desk.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong><br/> The R&amp;D Product Manager will manage the operational activity of a multidisciplinary team, from pre-study to production start-up, with a view to achieving the objectives set, under the best possible conditions in terms of performance, safety, well-being and staff commitment.<br/> <br/> <strong>The Context </strong><br/> We are leaders in Smart Security Cameras, that involve industry-grade advanced AI and image processing software to help you deter intruders. For these specific products, we are looking for a talented, dynamic and passionate Associate Product Manager.<br/> <br/> <strong>The Main Activities</strong></p><p>You will work with a Senior Product Manager in order to achieve the following missions:</p><ol><li><strong>Managing activities and performance </strong><p>Coordinates the operating methods and resources to be deployed within the team in order to achieve the objectives within the scope, in conjunction with the Senior PM. </p><p>  Lead product development, working in tandem with our engineering &amp; design teams and monitor them (deadlines, costs, quality, safety, etc.). </p><p>Dealing with potential operational incidents by providing technical solutions, in compliance with existing processes and systems for continuous improvement, information and reporting. <br/> <br/> Coordinate field tests and gather professional installers’ and users’ feedbacks to define and implement improvements</p></li><li><strong>Carry out one or more significant activities with a technical/business dimension </strong><br/> <br/> Product development: Guiding, supervising and obtaining approval for the technical, environmental and economic choices made for your projects. <br/> <br/> Projects ranging from marketing specifications to the installation of industrial resources and the production of the first products. <br/> <br/> Create product documentation and materials (installation process, quick start manuals, “how-to”s, FAQ, app store description, packaging, localized content...) to ensure an outstanding customer experience</li></ol><p>Above all, we want you to make great things happen and manage project complexity in a structured, efficient and innovative way. </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p>·       Strong technical background (MS engineering or similar experience)</p><p>·       Passionate about innovative products and high-quality, user-centred design</p><p>·       Analytical and pragmatic with a problem-solving mind-set.</p><p>·       Strong leadership skills with a team player and « get-the-job done » attitude</p><p>·       Excellent at written and oral communication, making complex ideas understandable to a wide audience.</p><p>·       Fluent in English</p><p>·       Experience in IoT / Smart Home products is a plus.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Some of our perks 💪</strong><br/> <br/> <u>Activities</u></p><ul><li>During your breaks , play Ping-Pong 🏓 &amp; Babyfoot like a boss<br/> Every day we have sport activities for you (⚽ ,🏀 ,🧘 , running , spikeball, utlitmate , climbing,..)</li><li>Showers at the office 🚿<br/> Play board games, sing with the choir 🎤 or play music (🎹,🎸)</li><li>Party with your colleagues 🥳 (afterworks, karaoké, boss BBQ , Xmas party...)</li><li>We offer time so you can participate in meetups and technology or business conferences or also teach in your previous school 📖</li></ul><p><br/> <u>I already want to be part of Netatmo but please tell me more</u></p><ul><li>Receive a free ex
