What is the job about?

As a Regional Product Manager Western Europe, you will play an important role in ensuring the commercial success and profitability of both new product launches and existing offerings within our region. Your primary focus will be on understanding and addressing the specific needs of our regional market while aligning with global strategies.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to contribute insights and expertise to new product development activities, ensuring that regional requirements are integrated into the process.
  • Contribute to local launch activities and marketing initiatives, leveraging your understanding of the regional market to successfully introduce new products.
  • Serve as the regional voice of the customer, gathering and synthesizing market requirements to provide valuable feedback to global Product Line Management.
  • Continuously provide localized insights and recommendations to global teams, contributing to the refinement of product roadmaps based on regional needs and opportunities.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to ensure the growth of products and offerings within the region, fostering differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Take ownership of regional go-to-market activities, making decisions that optimize product positioning and ensure sales effectiveness.
  • Embed regional commitments into business plans, ensuring alignment between product plans, roadmaps, and the unique requirements of the regional market.
  • Determine the training needs of sales teams within the region, developing plans to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for growth.

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

  • A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology, engineering or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, ideally within a comparable industry.
  • In depth knowledge about HVAC, District Energy and Cold-Water applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding about Distributer Sales in Western Europe.
  • Strong Business understanding to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication across diverse teams.
  • Independent and great with leading initiatives.
  • Key stakeholder management and networking skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across Western Europe.
  • Based in a Western European country (Benelux, Nordics, Italie, Spain, Portugal, UKI, France, Germany, …).
