</ul><p><strong>How you will make an impact:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You take care of some of the most exciting digital brands.</li>
<li>You keep an eye on deadlines and resolve potential hurdles to ensure projects are completed on time.</li>
<li>You develop and maintain <strong>project roadmaps</strong> for clients to clearly communicate timelines and milestones.</li>
<li>You work closely with internal teams to ensure <strong>smooth execution</strong> of client projects.</li>
<li>You support the creation of <strong>visually engaging presentations</strong> that align with brand guidelines.</li>
<li>You attend client meetings, write precise summaries, and follow up on open topics.</li>
<li>You collaborate closely with other <strong>Client Partners</strong> to ensure client needs are understood and addressed.</li>
<li>You act as the <strong>link between clients and internal teams</strong>, ensuring clear and effective communication.</li>
<li>You handle <strong>internal, project-related administrative tasks</strong> (e.g. updating Zoho, project planning in Asana).</li>
<li>You create and manage <strong>offers in BC365</strong> (our financial management tool) and oversee the signing and approval process.</li>
</ul><p><strong>Skills you will need to be successful:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in <strong>Business, Marketing</strong>, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience in a <strong>supporting role</strong> with direct client interaction.</li>
<li>Strong <strong>organizational and project management skills</strong> – you stay on top of multiple tasks with ease.</li>
<li>Experience in creating <strong>presentation materials</strong> and familiarity with tools like PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of <strong>marketing channels and strategies</strong>.</li>
<li>Excellent <strong>communication skills</strong>, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>project management tools and processes</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Detail-oriented</strong> with a high standard for quality.</li>
<li>A <strong>proactive mindset</strong> and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools like <strong>Zoho</strong> and <strong>Business Central 365</strong> or similar software.</li>
