Engagement Manager - Community Infromation Exchange (CIE)
ResultantAbout the role
Company Description
Resultant is a modern consulting firm with a radically different approach to solving problems.
We don’t solve problems for our clients. We solve problems with them.
Through outcomes driven by data analytics, technology solutions, digital transformation, and beyond, our team works with clients in both the public and private sectors to solve their most complex challenges. We start by learning as much as we can about who they are, how they work, and what they’re striving for so we can feel their problems as our own. Partnering with our clients means their desired outcomes are always top of mind, their challenges and strengths guiding our efforts. We build client-focused relationships before we build unique solutions that blaze past expectations.
Originally founded in Indianapolis as KSM Consulting in 2008, Resultant now employs more than 350 team members who operate from offices around the United States including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and Odon, Indiana; Columbus, Ohio; Lansing, Michigan; Denver, Colorado; Dallas, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia.
We’re Resultant. Clients partner with us to see a difference. People join us to make one.
Job Description
As we continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems within the State Health & Human Services (HHS) sector, Resultant has an opportunity for an experienced and proven Engagement Manager to lead our projects with state and/or county health and human services agencies and programs, such as community information exchange (CIE), public health, Medicaid, behavioral health, disease control, home and community-based services (HCBS), health equity, etc.
As an Engagement Manager, you will leverage your State HHS industry experience and expertise to identify market opportunities, build relationships, and guide clients through project implementation, solution delivery, and issue management by partnering with Resultant leadership, consultants, architects, and engineers.
You will be asked to split time between market growth and delivery oversight. For market growth, you will be tasked with helping to identify how Resultant’s capabilities align with needs in the State HHS market and driving the business development activities necessary to secure additional work at existing and new clients. For delivery oversight, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of project engagements with agencies. As a technology consulting firm, it is extremely important that all Engagement Managers have experience on complex technology projects and understand the kinds of complexities that exist on system transitions, data management projects, and product services. Primarily, the Engagement Manager will serve as the central point of contact for their respective client(s) as both a trusted advisor for the client’s leadership team and point of escalation across a portfolio of projects.
While we are looking for individuals with the ability to lead different types of opportunities and projects within the HHS space, the most immediate need is in support of an in-flight community information exchange (CIE) / social health information exchange (SHIE) project for the state of Colorado.
