Key Account Director

• Secure new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Handle all interface with customer for purchasing, engineering, program management, financial analysis and manage the sales of multiple programs. 
• Support the management and the organization of the team dedicated to OEM account - After Market Sales.
• Work closely with Project Leaders and Project Engineers. 
• Assist customer service representative in managing commercial details of account.
• Develop new customers and/product strategies
• Manage customer business plan/financial reduction plan
• Overall program profitability (tooling and part price)
• Meet with plants and participation in program reviews
• Arbitration of plant and customer issues
• Sales budget and sales forecast
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct After Market Sales customer experience, including new business development preferred
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to analyze complex pricing submissions, assess impacts, formulate counter proposals, manage forecast data, and all other related business documents as needed both internally and from the customer.
• COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• REASONING ABILITY: The ability to identify and define problems, gather data to support actions needed, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret a variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and turn these into clear and concise conclusions and/or proposals.
