Location: Livingston, NJ

Here we grow again! We are excited to be searching for our newest team member and the perfect match for our practice! This is a key leadership position.

Our Clinical Director is responsible for monitoring the daily clinical operations of a single-location center and is looking for an opportunity to expand our services and team.

Clinical Director Required Experience:

· Full Clinical License either as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT

· MUST have NJ Clinical Supervision Certificate

· 7+ years of clinical experience

· 3+ years’ experience as a clinical supervisor

· 2+ years’ experience in a clinical leadership role

This is a fully in-person role - at our office in Livingston - 2 West Northfield Road - with the potential for one remote work day.

Clinical Director Compensation:

· $110,000-120,000 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

Uphold and reinforce company policies, procedures, protocols and culture including, but not limited to our Mission Statement and Values, HIPAA Compliance and all aspects of administrative oversight and supervision.

Oversee clinical caseloads and provide supervision to both provisionally and fully licensed clinicians including, but not limited to:

• Completion of client chart notes and practice scheduling
• Treatment Planning and compliance
• Safety planning and documentation
• All aspects of client termination or transfer within or outside of practice
• Provide weekly supervision to all provisionally licensed supervisees based on licensure
• Provide weekly or bi-weekly supervision to all fully licensed supervisees (based on Agreement)
• Train all new employees within their scope and provide employee reviews

Clinical Therapy:

• Maintain your own caseload individual and/or family therapy - with at least 12 clients per week
• Oversee our group therapy/DBT Skills Program.

Oversee clinical/administrative needs including but not limited to:

• Billing
• Client retention
• Creation and implementation of new therapeutic programs for clients and trainings for clinicians
• Schedule and lead trainings and meetings for entire team
• All aspects of marketing the clinical services of the practice, such as outreach to community practices and centers and collaboration with collaterals in the community
• HIPAA compliance and tracking practice-wide
• Ensuring administrative health of the practice in keeping with practice protocols and codes of ethics

Site Management

• Supervision of Site Manager
• Scheduling and upholding clinical in-person hours
• Addressing site issues with building management

Report to CEO

• Meetings with CEO to discuss practice growth, employee and client satisfaction and growth, practice programs and all other practice needs.
