We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Buyer to join our esteemed team and contribute to our continued success.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Senior Buyer role is important to the successful delivery of required cost base, requiring strong collaboration with cross -functional stakeholders located in different geographies of an RBU, across all Practices, Major Accounts and Verticals. </p> <p> </p> <p>Location: Presence on the territory of Poland</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>What will you do:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Working with the internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for the respective category;</p> </li> <li> <p>Driving RBU savings initiatives in close cooperation with stakeholders;</p> </li> <li> <p>Leading internal process changes or improvements being part of the action plan or necessary for the optimization of the segment (e.g. demand management, bid management)</p> </li> <li> <p>Development of synergies bundling the volumes of different countries being a part of the respective RBU;</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyzing the internal and external fact base and understanding the needs of internal customers, develop the category strategy and build an action plan for the category;</p> </li> <li> <p>Negotiating and reviewing contracts (analyze the offers, review and challenge the performance) to bring P&amp;L savings;</p> </li> <li> <p>Executing the RFx process, Negotiation and Contracting steps;</p> </li> <li> <p>Contributing to rationalize the Atos supplier base;</p> </li> <li> <p>Managing its own categories/b-codes.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Sounds exciting?
