<p> </p> <p>Location:  Bucharest, Romania</p> <p>Working Arrangement: Hybrid</p> <p align="center"> </p> <p><span><span><span><b>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</b> </span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span> <b>Lead a team of analysts</b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Responsibility for performance management and development of a team;</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Proactive monitoring of quality of work to address issues before customers are impacted;</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Coaching the team to continuously strive for improved performance.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><b><span>Financial Reporting and Forecasting</span></b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Review first level analysis of financial reporting to identify and explain reasons behind variances to forecast, plan or previous performance;</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Review creation of forecast scenarios and forecast reports to document assumptions, surplus/gaps to target.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Providing support to identify and explain reasons behind variances to various comparative scenarios at all levels in the organization (EMEA, Functions, Business Unit, Country).</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Active involvement in designing and maintaining standardized reports to support decision making of business leaders.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Ad-hoc reports by country/function to include analysis by cost center and cost element.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Identify continuous improvement opportunities and share best practices.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Implements future changes in processes and system, supporting the testing coordinator to fully test the s<span>olution and train business users</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><b><span>Process Improvements - Standardisation</span></b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Identification and implementation of opportunities for automation and process standardization;</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Participate actively in transforming finance processes in line with business objectives.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Install a culture of sharing best practice and continuous improvement.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><b><span>Ad-hoc requests</span></b></span></span></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Act as business partner and ensure collaboration across different departments, hubs and regional teams;</span></span></span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><span><span><span> </span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><b>Knowledge &amp; Skills:</b> </span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Previous experience working with SAP, EDW (Cognos) would be a benefit, but not essential.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Ability to work as part of a remote team.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Strong communication skills with an ability to listen effectively and articulate queries.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Fluent spoken and written English.
