Senior Data Intelligence Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Intelligence Engineer to join our Information Security Office’s Infrastructure Defense Connectivity Services Analytics and Reporting team. As a member of our team, you will use data intelligence and data science to support risk governance and compliance, management decision making, risk identification and reduction, and enhancing visibility of Citi’s network edge risks. You will play a crucial role in designing and building complex data models, architecting big data solutions, and producing data visualizations, summaries, and extracts. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to effectively implement governance processes, proactively detect and mitigate network security threats, ensuring the integrity of our infrastructure and the protection of our sensitive information as well as network devices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and automate corporate-wide Information Security governance and compliance measurements
• Develop advanced data models to analyze complex datasets related to infrastructure defense connectivity services
• Architect and deploy scalable big data solutions to support collection, storage, and analysis of large volumes of network related data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, design data pipelines, and integrate data sources
• Create interactive and insightful data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders across the organization
• Employ techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging security threats
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior-level data analysts within the team
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science, big data, and information security

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing complex data models and big data architecture.
