Gatehouse Security

Adamas Building Services is NOW HIRING a Gatehouse Security work in a luxury residential community. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We currently have a full time opening in Estero florida.

This is a Gatehouse position position and the responsibilities will be but not limited to

• Greeting Residents
• Managing parking lot
• screening contractors and food deliveries
• closing amenities when requested

Monday to Friday

6pm to 11pm

Total-25/hrs

Pay rate=13hr

This Position does Require security D license but if you do not have one , we do provide and pay for your license as well.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
