Adamas Building Services is NOW HIRING a Gatehouse Securityto work in a luxury residential community. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We currently have a full time opening inEstero florida.

This is a Gatehouse position position and the responsibilities will be but not limited to

• Greeting Residents
• Managing parking lot
• Collecting fees
• screening contractors and food deliveries
• closing amenities when requested

This shift is slit in two part times shifts .

Schedule will be

First Shift

Sunday 12pm to 5pm

Saturday 12pm to 6pm

Monday to wednesday 6pm to 11pm

Total=26/hrs

Second Shift

Sunday 5pm to 10pm

Saturday 6pm to 12am

Thursday and friday 6pm to 11pm

Total=21/hrs

Pay rate = $12.50hr

Requirements

• Must have a security license
• Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year)
• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
• Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
• Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
