<h3>Intro</h3> <p>We’re looking for entrepreneurial builders to join Feather’s <a href="https://www.notion.so/Country-launch-cohort-program-2291c5a2ff2b80d1bbebdb12fb41ae70?pvs=21">Country Launch Program</a>. <strong>A 12-month cohort </strong>designed to launch and grow our insurance offering in the Netherlands. As a Country Launcher, you’ll operate like an early-stage founder: discovering customers, testing messaging, validating acquisition channels, and relentlessly driving growth.<br/>You’ll be embedded in a highly supportive cohort, backed by Feather’s experienced team, equipped with all the tools you need and an internal investment committee that’ll give you feedback with a real VC on it. Whether your next step is scaling inside Feather or founding your own venture, this role is a launchpad for ambitious operators who want to make an impact fast.</p> <h3>Why work at Feather?</h3> <p>You'll join an exciting, fast-paced.
