More than 500 organizations in over 70 countries worldwide have chosen the company's services and solutions to fulfill their business needs.</p><p>For more information regarding our company, current projects, and openings around Europe, please consult our website: <a href="http://www.netcompany-intrasoft.com/">www.netcompany-intrasoft.com</a>.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>A day in the life of an Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer,</p><p>As a <strong>Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer</strong>, you will be involved in overseeing and managing projects related to the implementation, migration, or optimization of Microsoft 365 cloud-based solutions.</p><p><strong>Your main duties will be to: </strong></p><ul><li>Review of the M365 tenant and setup and providing guidance on improving the current setup.</li><li>Analyze and deliver operations solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform components and content migrations.</li><li>Design and architecture of the M365 platform, implementation and support of the enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure and application solutions within M365 including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and security workloads.</li><li>Actively participate in projects related to the implementation, migration, or optimization of the M365 platform, identification and mitigation of project risks and issues, and development of contingency plans as needed.</li><li>Development and maintenance of technical documentation related to functional architecture, security architecture, application and data integrations, process flows, operational guides, end-user guides etc.</li><li>Develop and update scripts for the Office 365 applications rollout and maintenance.</li><li>Involvement to develop future strategies for Microsoft 365 products and services including Power Platform and security workloads.</li><li>Operationalize 365 support model including requests, monitoring of Office365 services and message center for incidents, upcoming updates, e-discovery requests, and software releases.</li><li>Work with the M365 program team to define end-user communication, execute migration setup, monitor migration jobs, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.</li><li>Provide escalation or 3rd-level support for Helpdesk issues, investigate and support escalated issues related to migration to identify and address the root cause.</li><li>Documentation of key learnings and findings throughout the migration processes and creation (including peer-review) of knowledgebase articles documenting at-fault root causes and their respective resolutions.</li><li>Alignment with the M365 operational excellence efforts in maintaining and monitoring the health and performance of the M365 environment, including managing updates, patches, alerting, and upgrades.</li><li>Setup of the organization's evergreen processes/strategy .</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>If you have:</strong> </p><ul><li>Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant disciplines</li><li>At least 7 years of experience in ICT sector</li><li>Deep technical expertise in:<ul><li>Office suite and M365 mobile apps, and their management via Intune (including Windows devices and mobile phones)</li><li>Collaboration: SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business</li><li>Communication: Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams</li><li>Identity: Active Directory, AAD Connect, ADFS, Entra ID</li><li>Automation: Power Apps, Automate and Planner, and</li><li>Compliance and security management (e-Discovery, Purview, Defender) within the Microsoft 365 environment.</li></ul></li><li>Design and implement of cloud infrastructure using M365 services (the ones mentioned above)</li><li>Good knowledge of governance tools and principles (Conditional Access Policy, RBAC, Administrative Units, etc);</li><li>Strong understanding of Cloud computing concepts and principles, particularly related to Microsoft 365;</li><li>Microsoft M365 certifications are preferred (at least one of the below)<ul><li>Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert</li><li>Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.</li><li>Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate</li></ul></li><li>Excellent command of the English language (written &amp; verbal), French will be an Asset</li><li>Strong communication skills, methodical, quality, and results-oriented thinking</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>It would also be a plus if you had</strong></p><ul><li>Experience as a Data Scientist</li><li>Team player mentality</li><li>Agile</li></ul><p><strong>…then this position is suitable for you! </strong></p><p><strong>This position comes with:  </strong></p><ul><l
