The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Talent Manager, the Talent Coordinator leads onboarding and enterprise-wide training execution while serving as the primary administrator for learning systems. This role blends facilitation, compliance oversight, systems management, and program coordination to ensure regulatory alignment, leader readiness, and a consistent employee experience.

What You’ll Do

Employee Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Organize and facilitate New Employee Orientation (onsite and remote)
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and documentation (I-9, E-Verify, etc.)
  • Assign onboarding courses within Workday Learning
  • Support seasonal and off-cycle onboarding
  • Administer new hire surveys and collect and analyze feedback
  • Maintain signature registry and onboarding documentation for audit readiness

This is the largest and most consistent workload driver!

New Leader Onboarding:

  • Conduct structured 1:1 onboarding for newly hired or promoted leaders (10–12 annually)
  • Support and facilitate New Leader Assimilation group sessions

Learning System Administration:

  • Serve as administrator for Workday Learning & Onboarding
  • Upload and assign training content
  • Maintain learning groups, catalogs, and learning paths
  • Monitor compliance training completion and send reminders
  • Complete compliance audits (GMP, Safety, Harassment, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate training documentation

Workday Training Support & Coordination (2026–2027 Emphasis):

  • Lead facilitation and coordination of Workday training sessions
  • Manage logistics for manager and employee training
  • Track training completion and participant feedback
  • Provide first-level support for training-related questions

Course & Program Support:

  • Assist with course updates and launches
  • Upload videos and training materials
  • Support maintenance of annual training calendar
  • Assist with internal content organization
  • Create internal content using Articulate (light to moderate scope post-Workday)

Communication & Administrative Support:

  • Publish monthly Talent newsletter
  • Update organizational charts
  • Support communications and featured courses for Annual Training Calendar

HR Special Projects & Other Duties:

  • Assist with HR and Talent-related initiatives
  • Support evolving talent programs
  • Provide backup support during peak HR cycles
  • Other duties as assigned
 
What You Bring

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Communications, Business, Education, or related field)

Experience:
0 - 2 years of experience in HR, training coordination, administrative support, or operations preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Energized by helping others succeed
  • Comfortable facilitating small groups or eager to grow into it
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable balancing people interaction with administrative tasks
  • Interested in growing into Talent Development or Learning & Development

Travel Requirements

    Minimal travel required.

    Compensation
    The expected starting hourly pay range for this role is $25 - 27/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, education, internal equity, and location.
