What You'll Do

As the Manager, Treasury Operations, you will oversee Omnicell's global treasury operations while ensuring strong liquidity management, compliance, and financial risk mitigation.

 

Primary Impact

Drive operational excellence across treasury activities while supporting strategic financial initiatives that enhance enterprise value, optimize cash flow, and strengthen financial resilience. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash concentration, wire activity, liquidity planning, daily cash reporting, and investment and borrowing activities.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a Treasury Analyst, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Identify, design, and implement treasury process improvements and automation opportunities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Manage strategic banking and financial institution relationships while ensuring optimal cash management services and solutions.
  • Oversee global cash movements, foreign legal entity funding requirements, intercompany settlements, and liquidity planning to support payroll, inventory purchases, and operational needs.
  • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate capital allocation opportunities that maximize long-term shareholder value and return on investment.
  • Support and execute financing, debt, equity, and other capital market transactions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with debt agreements, banking covenants, and reporting obligations through timely preparation of quarterly compliance reporting for lenders and auditors.
  • Monitor and manage interest rate exposure and foreign exchange risk across the organization.
  • Evaluate and recommend hedging strategies, including swaps, forwards, and other risk management tools when appropriate.
  • Develop treasury strategies and best practices that improve cash forecasting, liquidity planning, reporting accuracy, and treasury analytics.
  • Build and maintain treasury dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to provide visibility into cash performance and working capital trends.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams to establish policies, controls, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow and balance sheet forecasting models for domestic and international entities to support enterprise liquidity planning.
  • Assess and implement treasury management technologies and digital solutions that strengthen treasury effectiveness and control.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, treasury policies, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Lead treasury-related Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities and support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Prepare support and analysis for treasury-related disclosures included in SEC filings, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
  • Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for treasury-related accounts, including interest income and expense, banking fees, collections, bad debt, and departmental operating expenses.
  • Oversee administration, maintenance, and governance of all company bank accounts and signatory structures.
  • Review and approve treasury journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end variance analyses to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work part-time (Around 10 hours per week)
  • Experience leading treasury-related initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
