Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of manufacturing and cross-functional projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and document end-to-end processes to ensure repeatability and scalability for future projects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment across functions.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential challenges and proactively develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Establish clear communication channels and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to align teams and drive consensus on key decisions.
