COAF Title Maintenance Ops Sr. Coordinator - Essential Onsite

This role will be responsible for processing Title Maintenance transactions within the Titles Department. The Role:  

• Candidate will be required to make calls to customers, dealerships, DMVs, and other state offices. 

• Candidate should be able to utilize probing questions to obtain required information from customers and third parties and use negotiation and influencing skills to obtain required documents. 

• Candidate will be required to make contact with COAF borrowers in a professional manner and will communicate state specific title requirements in a manner understandable by persons unaware of state titling requirements. 

• Candidate must be able to pre-fill state and Capital One documents required for title maintenance, as well as prepare cover letters and operate fax/copy machines. 

• Candidate should possess great attention to detail and be able to type effectively. 

• Candidate should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Candidate must be dependable and display the ability to drive and deliver results.

• Candidate should be able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Candidate should demonstrate strong learning agility, a high level of flexibility, and willingness to learn while receiving on the job training.

Location: Plano, TX  - This role is an essential position and requires on site attendance in accordance with the Operations schedule Monday through Friday.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

• At least 3 years Customer Service or Call Center Experience

• At least 1 year of auto finance experience

• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft office

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of titles or lien placement experience

• At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience

• At least 3 years of experience Google Sheets

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
