Job Summary

Summary: Concessions admin are responsible for verifying, entering, and correcting beginning and end of night counts from the property, assisting operations team with filing, scanning and organizing documents and assisting with end of month and daily inventory.
 

• Process lead check out paperwork.
• Performs end-of-day accounting, data entry, reconciliations and balancing concession stands.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic point of sale issues.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Manage small storeroom and transfer inventory to stands.
• Initiates recounts of inventory during nightly audits.
• Working on non-event days for inventory and/or special events.
• Check in/out radios, keys and other essential equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Stellar organizational abilities.
• Must be able to pass a background. check
• Basic math skills
• Experience using POS programs and Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrates professional maturity at all times.
• Interpersonal and communications skills
• Familiarity with customer service principals

 

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.
• Valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be required.
• Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or related experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Experience using POS programs and Excel

Physical demands:

• Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
• Frequently ascend/descend stairs
• Frequent standing and walking
