The Program Manager will serve as part of a two-person team supporting the Executive Director and the broader Effective District Framework Accelerator (EDFA) team by driving day-to-day execution across a portfolio of districts and workstreams. In this role, you will:

- Manage execution across EDFA workstreams, including playbook updates, professional development, battle planning, launch supports, governance, and field support coordination.
- Maintain detailed project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status updates to monitor progress across districts, partners, and workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-district professional development and quarterly network convenings, including logistics, agendas, materials, communications, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and participant feedback.
- Act as a connector across TEA internal teams, technical assistant providers, external partners, and district leadership teams to align inputs, deliverables, timelines, and follow-through.
- Support cross-functional meetings by preparing materials, synthesizing information, tracking action items and decisions, and ensuring forward momentum across stakeholders.
- Collect and synthesize district-level implementation and performance data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and contribute to regular updates for TEA leadership and EDFA stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working across multiple organizations or stakeholder groups, with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and keep teams aligned.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort using project plans, trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information, prepare materials, and communicate status, risks, and recommendations.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while staying focused on quality, priorities, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Systems thinking and stakeholder-management judgment, with an understanding of how multiple workstreams connect to improve district outcomes.
- Comfort using data to inform decisions, track implementation progress, identify trends, and support feedback loops for program improvement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience supporting complex initiatives that require coordination across internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
