This ranks us as one of the top Salesforce consulting companies in the market today.  </p><p>We are a team of highly trained experts that are passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem and helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals within that ecosystem.  We help them achieve these goals by  providing a wide range of services such as development, implementation, integration, customization, maintenance, and support.<br/> <br/> With <strong>25 </strong>years in the market, 16 offices across 12 countries and over 2,000 successful projects deployed we have learned how to create a dynamic and fun working environment all while constantly investing in our teams by providing them professional development and career growth opportunities</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Salary ranges: </strong>75 000 - 95 000 € per annum<br/> <br/> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervision over the development of Salesforce based solutions</li><li>Advisory in choosing the technology stack during implementation</li><li>Supervision over the work of the implementation team</li><li>Preparation of technical documentation</li><li>Playing the role of a subject matter expert in the field of Salesforce solutions</li><li>Facilitation of discovery workshops and requirement documentation</li><li>Preparation of process diagrams</li><li>End to end process design </li><li>Reporting and discussing customer cooperation with the management</li><li>Sharing your expert knowledge on declarative Salesforce configurations with less experienced team members</li><li>Presenting alternative solutions to complex problems in the field of implantation</li><li>Being a translator between the client's technical and business representatives</li><li>Advising on the development and customization of solutions</li><li>Project estimations and pre-sales support </li><li>Engagement in knowledge sharing about good solution design practices in Salesforce </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years with Salesforce experience in consulting (not internal projects)</li><li>3+ years in full-on client facing roles (communication up to C-level representatives)</li><li>Sales and Service Cloud Consultant Certified</li><li>Experience with coordinating teams of people (configurators/developers)</li><li>Experience in Business Analysis and Process Mapping (UML/BPMN – diagrams, preferably in LucidChart)</li><li>Proven work in Agile IT development environment</li><li>Fluent Dutch (C1) and Business English (C1) proficiency</li><li>Proven experience with Salesforce documentation</li><li>Proven experience with running workshops – explaining technical concepts to business oriented people</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>A challenging position at a renowned and fast-growing Platinum Salesforce Partner</li><li>Lots of flexibility in a combination of working from home and at the office</li><li>Smartphone and laptop</li><li>27 vacation days and 8% vacation pay</li></ul>
