We would be happy to identify and shape the career<br/> and development opportunities you are looking for together with you, also on a part-time basis. </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You are responsible for managing and overseeing investment projects within the BAYER Group during the execution phase, serving as a<br/> discipline lead for Construction Management in relation to external construction management at our German locations</li> <li>Your role includes fostering collaboration between internal and external partners to support planning and ensure the quality of execution in all<br/> project phases until successful completion and acceptance of the project within the specified time and budget framework</li> <li>You will be involved in stakeholder management, considering on-site responsibilities, and traveling to construction sites and projects as needed</li> <li>Your responsibilities also include selecting external, national, and international construction and assembly partners and ensuring continuous<br/> and effective communication</li> <li>Additionally, you will be tasked with developing construction and assembly concepts, coordinating the execution strategy, establishing a safe<br/> working culture on-site, conducting construction feasibility assessments and feasibility studies, as well as enabling and involving external partners<br/> (as owner's representatives) for your areas of responsibility, with a specific focus on Brownfield</li> <li>Your role will involve cross-functional engagement in the exchange of best practices and innovative methods and technologies for<br/> Construction Management</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>WHO YOU ARE</p> <p> </p> <p>We are excited about your talent and passion for the position (Senior) Construction Manager (f/d/m). We<br/> would be happy to identify and shape the career and development opportunities you are looking for together with you, also on a part-time basis.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You possess a Master's or PhD degree in Engineering, specifically in Civil Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent technical degree;<br/> relevant professional experience will be considered</li> <li>You bring extensive professional experience in the management of construction sites, preferably in the Life Science and Pharmaceutical industry,<br/> and corresponding experience in various contract models such as EPC, EPCM, ME&amp;C</li> <li>Your knowledge encompasses contract law, claims management, occupational safety, and working time regulations</li> <li>Your communication skills are excellent, and you demonstrate team-oriented, technical leadership qualities with a strong customer focus</li> <li>You excel in confidently navigating uncertainty and changes</li> <li>Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English is essential</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We use the possibilities of hybrid working flexibly.
