The iMRO and Plant Maintenance Business Systems Expert will support the SAP Plant Maintenance and the Aftermarket areas.  The person will align with operational and business requirements, ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and tracking of iMRO and Plant Maintenance activities. The expert collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement system enhancements that drive productivity and compliance with business standards. Additionally, they provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and may deliver training to ensure seamless adoption.  

What You Will Do:

• Partner with technical teams to write/review functional specifications and understand technical design specifications 

• Provide level of effort estimates based on functional specifications or business requirements 

• Execute process design, software configuration, system testing, end user training as well as production system support

• Proactively provide work progress

• Support change control process and application upgrades

• Coordinate user group requests, user acceptance testing, and maintain enterprise support materials. 

• Work Defects 

• Develop test plans for new or modified solutions 

• Test, implement, and document fixes 

• Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically a minimum of 10+ years SAP experience with A&D companies and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.

• 10+ years of configuration experience spporting SAP modules Plant Maintenance and Customer Service, HCL Axon Solutions, Sales and Distribution, Logistics Execution and Materials Management.  

• Ensure legacy system requirements for Tooling and Facilities are incorporated into the Hana S/4 design.

• Proven expertise in HCL iMRO, with a solid understanding of maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes.

• Functional support of the Common Manufacturing Execution System Fiori application for Aftermarket and Tooling.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with Raytheon’s SAP system and Fiori based UX applications.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with government regulations.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
