THE JOB:

As a Sous Chef at Primrose in Park MGM, you’ll play a key role in leading our high-volume, fast-casual kitchen. From fresh omelettes and Mediterranean-style salads to brunch favorites served all day, Primrose is all about flavor and creativity. This is an entry-level leadership role where you’ll guide and mentor cooks, support daily operations, and bring our vibrant, garden-inspired dining experience to life.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Conduct training for Master Cooks, Cooks, Pantry Workers and Helpers on job responsibilities
• Maintain an exceptional menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
• Communicate with management and service staff and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
• Prepare and administer kitchen schedule, payroll, training, issuing discipline, and coaching
• Ensure food quality is superior and take action to correct any irregularities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age
• Has a High School Diploma or GED
• Has 2+ years of High Volume cooking experience
• Preferably has experience in a culinary leadership position
