Product Manager, Growth (Family Wellbeing)
Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred)

About the Role:
At Aura, our mission is to create a safer digital world for everyone. We are looking for a mission-driven Growth Product Manager to be the architect of the customer journey for our new child safety and wellbeing product. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our company's journey to becoming the leader in Digital Safety and Wellbeing for Families. You will be the champion for our users—today, parents; tomorrow, teens and schools—ensuring they experience the core value of our product from their very first interaction.

Your Mission:
Your core mission is to bridge the gap between a potential customer's first visit and their first "aha!" moment. You will own the strategy and roadmap for the acquisition and early life funnels, obsessing over how we demonstrate value before the purchase and deliver on that promise immediately after. You'll achieve this by pulling core product functionality into the acquisition and onboarding experience, creating interactive discovery pathways, and ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to activated, retained customer.

This is an individual contributor role with massive cross-functional impact, reporting to the Director of Product Management, Growth. Your peers on this team are highly collaborative  growth product managers who are focused on optimizing other product lines and GTM channels across the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect the Growth Engine: Develop and execute the product-led growth strategy for our child and family safety product, defining the roadmap for web and mobile acquisition, activation, and early life retention.

  • Champion Product-Led Acquisition: Design and test innovative, interactive experiences that allow prospective customers to understand our value proposition firsthand, moving beyond static landing pages to value-driven product engagement.

  • Master the First Mile: Own the end-to-end "first mile" of the customer journey, from initial ad click through trial activation, ensuring a cohesive and compelling user experience that drives conversion and minimizes 14-day cancellations.

  • Build for the Future: Create a growth framework that not only serves our primary parent persona but is built to scale for future expansion into teen-centric and school-centric acquisition funnels.

  • Lead Through Data: Spearhead our experimentation practice by forming data-backed hypotheses, launching A/B and multivariate tests, and using the learnings to inform the roadmap and drive key metrics like CAC, trial conversion rate, and time-to-value.

  • Collaborate to Win: Serve as the leader of a dedicated cross-functional team (Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing) to align on goals, scope high-impact projects, and ship experiences with speed and quality.

  • Be the Voice of the User: Translate deep customer empathy and qualitative/quantitative insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a compelling vision that rallies the team and stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table (the ideal candidate):

  • You are a proven Growth PM. You have 3-5 years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on driving growth for a direct-to-consumer (D2C) subscription product. You live and breathe acquisition loops, activation rates, and conversion funnels.

  • You think like a scientist. You have a rigorous test-and-learn mindset. You're adept at using A/B testing platforms and analytics tools to design experiments, validate hypotheses, and pivot quickly based on empirical evidence.

  • You are ruthlessly user-centric. You start with the customer's problem and work backwards. You have a deep well of empathy and a passion for turning user pain points into elegant, effective solutions, particularly on mobile web.

  • You are a master of influence. You are an exceptional comm
