We are looking for a driven finance professional with a proven track record of delivering results who is looking to grow their career by being a key strategic partner for our Genesys Cloud business. Genesys is building a world-class Genesys Cloud Strategic Finance team and offers a fun, fast-paced environment with great opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Customer Success organization in delivering organizational financial goals
• Support existing revenue forecasting model
• Develop understanding of revenue metrics and drivers to enhance existing forecasting assumptions
• Partner with accounting to drive data governance and enhanced reporting capabilities
• Support cross-functional initiatives with the goal of improving monthly/quarterly / annual forecasting accuracy
• Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad hoc financial reports to support regular business reviews for management and board reporting

• Exceptional business partner with outstanding ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally and at multiple levels of the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, or Statistics
• CPA, MBA or equivalent (desirable)
• Advanced Excel skills
• 3+ years of analytical work experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking or consulting with a preference in SaaS businesses
• Good understanding of ASC 606 and GAAP accounting for SaaS business
• Experience with Workday / Adaptive (desirable)
• Systems and data visualization experience (Workday, Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, etc.)

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$66,050.00 - $129,550.00
