Product Operations

• Deploy Dispel into customer networks and maintain customer environments at scale
• Build systems to scale by identifying and automating operational processes
• Understand customer needs and prototype new technologies
• Support product functionality and customer ramp-ups

You will do a lot of

• Networking

• Customer and product relationship building
• Communicating internally and externally
• Finding and understanding problems, thinking up options for solutions, testing and implementing those solutions, and then scaling

Ideally, you have

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience with computers and code
• Additional certification in networking or cybersecurity

Location
We are a 100% fully remote company (U.S. only).

Compensation

Base Pay: $69,000 - $82,000. A candidate’s salary is determined by relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
