Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead recruitment efforts across global markets. This role will primarily focus on recruiting for IT/Tech positions, while also supporting the hiring of other key roles to drive the company's growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.

In this fast-paced environment, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offering, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. You will also drive employer branding initiatives, promote diversity, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive recruitment strategies. Your expertise in IT/Tech talent acquisition, coupled with your ability to handle a range of roles, will play a critical part in building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's needs globally, with a primary focus on IT/Tech roles, while also recruiting for other key business-critical positions.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering, ensuring a delightful candidate experience.
  • Utilize various channels to seek out new talent.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and the specific requirements of each role.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local job markets and hiring practices in assigned regions, adapting strategies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Employ innovative sourcing and employer branding strategies, including referral generation, online social networking to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of high-potential talent for future staffing needs.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives that effectively convey our company's culture and values to the external market.
  • Implement and maintain recruitment metrics to track and report on recruitment activities, applicant flow, and talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to inform successful recruitment strategies.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract a diverse candidate pool.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring top talent across international markets, primarily within the EMEA region, ideally in HR tech or Fintech industries, with a focus on the EOR or Payroll sectors.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of overall recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on tech/IT roles within the EMEA region, as well as other diverse roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of region labor laws in international markets, visa regulations, and hiring practices.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an innate ability to engage and persuade.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting software, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, ability to work under pressure.
  • Goal oriented mindset, excellent time management skills.<
