Job Description

We are hiring for Shipping and Receiving Coordinator (Part-time) in Rogers, AR

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our Walmart team! In this role, you’ll handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure inventory is accurate, and keep the stockroom organized and running smoothly.

Salary details 

• Starting pay $17 USD Hourly
• Plus, additional $2.00 shift differential (2nd shift)

Work Hours:

• 1st shift - must be available to work a 10-hour shift between the hours of 7am to 7pm
• 2nd shift - must be available to work a 10-hour shift between the hours of 3pm to 3am
• Part-time schedule, Associates can be scheduled up to 30 hours (1- 3 days) per week depending on availability.
• Must be willing to work every Sunday with no exceptions. 

The job duties include:

• Maintain sorter operations, including replenishing totes, scanning items, and organizing units to optimize flow.
• Manage product deliveries by verifying documentation, processing and counting inventory, and unloading products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, address discrepancies, and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Pack and ship pharmacy products, ensuring accuracy, temperature control, and compliance with shipping standards.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma 
• 18+ years old

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 1 year experience in Shipping and Receiving. 
• 1 year experience in Inventory Control.
