Job Summary

Perform a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with receiving operations, shipping, inventory control, & stockroom, in accordance with established procedures.
Responsibility Statements
What You Will Do:
- You will accurately pack and prepare products for shipment according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
- You will work closely with the delivery assurance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of outgoing orders.
- You will keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and any discrepancies to ensure proper stock levels and traceability.
- You will complete and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including labels, packing slips, and shipping manifests.
- You will operate forklifts or other machinery to load and unload goods efficiently and safely.
- You will assist with periodic inventory counts and audits to verify stock levels and ensure accuracy.
- You will keep your work area organized and clean, following housekeeping protocols to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience using an ERP desired. SAP experience is preferred.
- Current training in appropriate shipping regulations, hazardous/dangerous goods packaging and shipping, government, international, ocean air, parcel and LTL truck shipments. Maintain as required.
- Skills in label making, proper label application, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing.
- HazMat certification
- Prior experience with government packaging
- Customer portal experience
- The ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office, shipping carri
