Job Summary

Perform a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with receiving operations, shipping, inventory control, & stockroom, in accordance with established procedures. 

Responsibility Statements  

What You Will Do:

• You will accurately pack and prepare products for shipment according to company guidelines and customer specifications. 

• You will work closely with the delivery assurance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of outgoing orders. 

• You will keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and any discrepancies to ensure proper stock levels and traceability. 

• You will complete and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including labels, packing slips, and shipping manifests. 

• You will operate forklifts or other machinery to load and unload goods efficiently and safely. 

• You will assist with periodic inventory counts and audits to verify stock levels and ensure accuracy. 

• You will keep your work area organized and clean, following housekeeping protocols to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. 

• You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. 

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here:  https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62 

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience using an ERP desired.  SAP experience is preferred. 

• Current training in appropriate shipping regulations, hazardous/dangerous goods packaging and shipping, government, international, ocean air, parcel and LTL truck shipments.  Maintain as required. 

• Skills in label making, proper label application, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing. 

• HazMat certification 

• Prior experience with government packaging 

• Customer portal experience
