The Role:

Arine is seeking a Reporting Product Manager to join our dynamic team of software and clinical professionals. In this role, you will report to the Product team and play a key part in shaping the product strategy, design, and processes that drive our core enterprise solutions, with a specific focus on reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for defining and delivering reporting capabilities that provide insights into user workflows, product performance, user productivity and effectiveness, and clinical outcomes.  
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization who can translate complex data into actionable insights and drive product decisions.

What You'll be Doing:

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance, user productivity/effectiveness, and clinical outcomes
• Data Visualization: Create requirements for compelling and intuitive data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, reports) to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key metrics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of product enhancements
• User Productivity & Effectiveness Analysis: Develop visualizations and reports that provide insights into how users interact with the product, their efficiency in completing tasks, and the overall effectiveness of the product in supporting their workflows
• Clinical Outcome Visualization: Collaborate with clinical teams to design visualizations that effectively communicate the impact of Arine's solutions on patient outcomes
