Director, Talent & Development Project Operations
As an operations professional, you create and optimize the path for meaningful work to be done that enables us to build great experiences for our employees. In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert behind how we plan, execute, and optimize our project operations through structured portfolio management. You’ll help our teams bring the Talent & Development experiences to life through effective resource management and streamlined operational processes.
What You’ll Do for Us
Project Management Operations Expert. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Project Management Operations (PMO) who can lead complex projects and deliver them on time, within scope, and within budget. Your experience in process improvement methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement will be critical for this role. You will bring a structured approach to managing multiple projects, driving efficiencies, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives. Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software to develop and monitor project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams is essential.
Project & Program Architect. You’ll ensure there is an efficient and effective framework for seamless team collaboration, communication and documentation across delivery, strategy, and 3rd party teams and that initiatives have a consistent approach and methodology in measuring project health, risk, capacity, and outcomes
Team Connector and Coach. As the leader of more than five multi-regional Project & Program managers, you will guide your team and provide them with the necessary resources and experiences to improve their skills and Thrive.
Business Strategist. To drive great experiences, we need the infrastructure to meet our people where they are. Your expertise in budgeting, prioritization, and both agile and waterfall development will be leveraged in the on-going execution of our annual business plans and routines. You will regularly interact with senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA would be a plus.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project/program management, operations, or a related field.
Proven experience leading project and program management teams.
Strong background in both agile and waterfall development methodologies.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
