About the Position:
We are seeking motivated candidates for the position of Titles Production Associate in the Division of Titles Services. Are you an outgoing, organized, and friendly individual who loves talking on the phone and providing exceptional customer service? As a Titles Production Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, primarily communicating over the phone. You will build relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle a variety of responsibilities, including answering questions, problem-solving, processing information, and making independent decisions according to standard procedures. In this role, you will:
- Respond to a high volume of telephone, written, and in-person customer inquiries related to title processing.
- Provide a range of customer services to the general public, lending institutions, and dealers.
- Assist customers with incoming daily mail, filing, and processing payments.
- Track documents for follow-up action and sort title documents.
- Coordinate customer services and initiate requests for missing
