LITFULO, one of Pfizer’s 25 by 25 launches, is a JAK3/TEC molecule that received approval in June 2023 and is the first and only FDA-approved treatment for severe AA in adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults. Currently, there are three FDA-approved medicines for adults with severe AA, with new competitors entering the market starting mid-2026.

The LITFULO Senior Marketing Manager, HCP and Omnichannel, will be responsible for developing and executing the short and long-term strategies and tactics for HCP communication. Communication platforms include website (PfizerPro), media placements (digital, video, print etc.), NPP communication including emails, direct mail and rep triggered tactics. This colleague will advance the evolution of the LITFULO story and will align to the CMO’s strategies and new ways of working. The HCP Senior Marketing Manager will also support field force efforts by supporting the development and execution of key resources to be deployed by customer-facing colleagues, and help create and execute meeting materials for meetings e.g. POA, Fast Start, District Road shows etc. Additionally, this role will provide opportunity to support P2P in the development of the NP/PA strategy (a key audience for LITFULO), through planning and execution of ad boards and integration of insights learned into tactics.
ROLE SUMMARY
The HCP Senior Marketing Manager will support the strategic development and tactical execution of HCP Customer non-promotional and promotional communications. The marketer will work closely with multiple cross functional partners including the CMO, IIS, Access Team, Media and Creative agencies to lead the evolution of marketing effectiveness.
This person will have strong knowledge of Pfizer advertising, promotional and digital guidance, and will work with review committee (RC) members on delivering effective and appropriate communication tactics in a timely fashion.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and management of LITFULO operating plan and tactical marketing plans
- Manage agency partners on the creative development and flawless execution of HCP communication tactics for LITFULO
- Management of HCP website and coordination with the PfizerPro Development team to update website content and resources
- Lead development of key resources that span omnichannel, field force and P2P.
- Coordinate deployment of omnichannel marketing communications across platforms and HCP customer segments
- Work with IIS to establish most appropriate target HCP customer segments (apply to media, HQ email)
- Work with agencies to tailor messaging according to target segment
- Work with CoLab, Content Factory, Pfizer Development, and MNG (rep-triggered letter fulfillment house) for content deployment
- Work with IIS, CoLab, CMO and outside vendors leading development of KPI tracking and reporting processes
- Ongoing KPI measurement and tactic enhancement based on market performance
- Engage with market research and data analytics to understand HCP target insights and behaviors to develop most impactful messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally on above brand activities with Consumer and Access teammates
- Competitive intelligence planning
- Support across brand key drivers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with 1-2 years of product marketing experience
- General knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape
- Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams and professional agencies
- Experience monitoring brand marketing budgets
- Strong communication skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders
- Strong strategic/analytic skills to develop omnichannel strategies and tactics
