THE JOB:

As a Senior Learning Partner, you will facilitate engaging leadership development programs designed for new and emerging leaders across MGM Resorts. Your expertise in both in-person and virtual facilitation will be crucial in delivering high-impact training sessions that align with our business goals and enhance employee engagement and retention. This role also involves hands-on administration, scheduling, and ensuring the seamless execution of learning programs across our properties.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Facilitate leadership development programs in both classroom and virtual settings.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of leadership programming, including scheduling, material preparation, and resource allocation.

• Support leadership development initiatives by reinforcing learning throughout the program lifecycle.

• Lead project management efforts related to learning initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to timelines.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to tailor learning solutions to organizational needs.

• Track learning performance and assess the business impact of leadership programs.

• Serve as a key liaison for property, regional, and corporate stakeholders to ensure training alignment with business objectives.

• Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to track learning outcomes and provide data-driven insights.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in corporate learning or a talent development function

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual learning environments.

• Expertise in leadership learning strategies that drive measurable behavioral change.

• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills to build trust and drive program adoption.

• Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices.
