Job Description

This role is a 12 month, remote contract that has the possibility to turn into full time. 

              In this role you can expect to:

• Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One Model

Qualifications

•  3+ years of experience in People Ops Analytics

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficency in tools such as: Tableau or One Model

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong customer service orientation.
