Reporting to the VP, US People Partner, this leader will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy, partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational growth, leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement.</p> <p><br>This role requires a forward-thinking, data-driven People leader with deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, employee relations, leadership coaching, and change management.
