<h2><span><b>Introduction to the job</b></span></h2><p><span><span>We </span><span>are seekin</span><span>g</span><span> an experienced </span><span>Domain</span><span> </span><span>Architect</span><span> within IT R&D – Product IT & BL Apps. </span><span>Our department provides a diverse set of IT services to both D&E and CS, including managed operations for VCP, components for EPS, customer connectivity (</span><span>BRE</span><span>S</span><span>, ABRES, BRES+</span><span>), software distribution (Raptor, </span><span>Patchmail</span><span>), custom development of tools for CS, and development tooling for BL Apps and infrastructure (VM hosting, K8S hosting, VDIs, etc.). </span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span><span>The role is positioned within IT R&D – Product IT Speci</span><span>alty</span><span> services, consisting of multiple teams with diverse services such as on-prem Kubernetes hosting, patch distribution services, managed service devices, product security, and data analytics. </span><span>This role requires a strong background in both infrastructure and affinity with application architecture.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span>Role and responsibilities</span><br/><span><span>As a Domain Architect, you will collaborate closely with the department architect and tech leads across various teams to drive our technological vision forward.</span></span><span> </span><span><span>You'll<b> </b>oversee the infrastructure architecture for a subset of products & </span><span>services, you'll ensure our services are secure by design, have a fit within the ASML IT landscape, and align with business objectives.</span> <br/><br/><span>As Domain</span><span> </span><span>Architect</span><span> within IT R&D – Product IT & BL Apps you'll: </span></span></p><ul><li><p>Define and maintain the technical roadmap for our infrastructure services in collaboration with the department architects </p></li><li><p>Create Architecture Documentation, including High- and Low-Level Design Documentation and Architectural Models (ArchiMate)</p></li><li><p>Ensure the ‘technical fit’ of products and services within the overall ASML IT and business landscape</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with various teams, product owners, and technical leads to provide the necessary architectural support </p></li><li><p>Align with stakeholders (business architects, delivery managers, fellow architects, application owners, and application architects, <span>vendors/suppliers). </span></p></li><li><p>Manage and be aware of Technical Debt in solutions and their impact on roadmaps</p></li><li><p>Participate in the ASML IT Architecture Competence</p></li><li><p>Align technically with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Education and experience<br/> </b></span>To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need experience working on High Tech products and with complex processes. As Domain Architect - Product IT Infrastructure, you’ll need:</p><ul><li><p>Master’s Degree (or equivalent) combination of education and experience, preferably in Computer Science or a related field. </p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in relevant architecture and/or solution architecture roles </p></li><li><p>Experience with ArchiMate and TOGAF</p></li><li><p>Relevant experience in software, cloud, network, and/or security architecture. </p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud migrations and cyber security is a plus </p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Skills </b></span><br/>Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that.
