Head of Business Transformation

Reporting to the Head of Client Solutions & Wealth Management (CSWM), the Head of Business Transformation is a strategic executive leader responsible for delivering transformative initiatives and be a senior advisor on the CSWM leadership team. S/he will be the key knowledge carrier on large transformational initiatives; acting as a guide to provide the transformation framework to increase executional performance and enable project delivery in quality, time and budget. The role will require a passion for effectively driving decisions forward and momentum in multiple dimensions across complex programs.
The role is characterized by a number of current and future business challenges, including the implementation of a new producer platform and helping execute new operating model solutions that are critical to the growth of the CSWM business. This role is more than an administrator of programs and the leader must be an agent of change, innovator and forward-thinking strategist.
You Will:
Strategic Transformation
- Oversee large-scale transformation initiatives including platform migrations, process and functional redesign, and strategic portfolio management.
- Lead and launch high priority strategic initiatives, including execution of the CSWM AI portfolio, working directly with senior executives and other stakeholders.
- Monitor execution to ensure adoption, minimize disruption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Provide input into planning for the strategic direction of the business and ensure that project teams are resourced appropriately to successfully achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead the Business Transformation Operating Model (BTOM) for CSWM working with D&T to realize benefits, maximum execution and provide role clarity for business functions.
Program & Project Delivery
- Execute planning, prioritization and delivery of the CSWM portfolio.
- Lead all aspects of the program including processes to coordinate scope, design, interdependencies, risks, issues, and actions and provide deep subject matter expertise for the project.
- Operate an effective program structure ensure that project planning and execution controls to mitigate risk and manage issues.
- Manage the efficient allocation of financial and human resources within the program.
- Ensure organizational readiness for strategic and transformative initiatives and execute change management activities to drive adoption within the Field and Home office.

You Have:
- A proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, regulated environments—preferably within life insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools
- A history of building high-performing, cross-functional teams and developing future leaders.
- A blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the experience influencing and managing change
- Comfort navigating matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders across business units.
- A data-driven mindset with fluency in KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of compliance, fraud risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
- A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and producers.
- 15+ years of work experience with large, complex, transformational programs or enterprise system delivery
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
