The Software Engineer is a seasoned professional responsible for implementing complex software systems, leading development projects, and providing technical expertise. They are key contributors to the architecture and innovation of software products. 

 

What you will do:

• Lead the design and development of significant software features or projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize software requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality code standards documenting and demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, code comments, clear and efficient code.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and software architecture.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to debug and improve products.
• Assist in code reviews and enforce standard practices within the team.
• Continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies and development practices.

 

What you will bring:

• Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• 3+ years of experience working in Java with Spring and Spring Boot for developing APIs
• 3+ years of experience working with React
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective leadership, communication and technical influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training required

Base Salary Range

$85,600.00 - $120,925.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
