01/09/20262000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of AmericaThe Sr Analyst, Clinical Programs, will collaborate with others on initiatives critical to improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients in line with enterprise strategy. They are expected to effectively manage individual work streams, including projects from start to completion, and communicate recommendations to their team leads and cross-functional partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilites:
Works collaboratively to organize and prioritize requests from cross-functional teams within VillageHealth and across DaVita and track progress against goals
Spearheads special projects, including structuring the work, managing the process, and driving the right set of analysis
Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes clinical, financial, and operational data; evaluates business impact, provides recommendations, and potential solutions
Creates and delivers presentations to convey complex ideas and findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, and developing implementation plans to diverse audiences at every level
Solves ambiguous problems by breaking down key drivers and developing an approach to solving. This may include recommending new or updated system functionality, changes to team processes, or work prioritization, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field required
At least two years of experience in an analytical role required
Advanced proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PPT, Word) required
Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required
Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance preferred
Travel up to 10%
