Manager, TPI Customer Office

TerraPower is looking for an experienced professional knowledgeable of nuclear medicine and related businesses supporting radiopharmaceuticals. This role is recognized as playing a key in realizing business value by leveraging relationships, industry knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project and business objectives.  The Manager, TPI Customer Office will work with the Customer Office Director supporting the TerraPower Isotopes business. This position will bring deep experience to the financial functions of the organization and, as such, a successful candidate will be an individual who has demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering results in an operations-oriented environment and/or working as a business partner to jointly drive success. This role will be responsible for gathering and reporting accurate and timely data and provide timely insights in multiple areas of the business.  The Manager, TPI Customer Office will identify and track market data, financial metrics, and/or other internal and external trends to help leaders make sound business decisions and communicate potential areas for improvement of the TerraPower Isotopes business.

Responsibilities

•         Support the scoping, direction, and growth of business development activities for segments of TerraPower Isotopes’ business

•         Provide strategic and tactical support on operations, sales, and marketing efforts

•         Establish and work within processes to identify and track opportunities; and to select those opportunities that TerraPower should pursue, consistent with the BD Plan.

•         Provide insight and direction on TerraPower API manufacturing and cGMP manufacturing

•         Provide financial forecasts for future opportunities and scenarios

•         Drive to get better data and dig deep into data analysis and communicate findings clearly with business leaders

•         Develop detailed forecast models for the industry

•         Identify then develop and execute risk mitigation plans for key business risks

•         Assist in the preparation of project budgets, participate in budget continuation application process including drafting/reviewing the detail budget justification (DBJ) and narratives, forecasts, audits

•         Monitor compliance with external customer contract terms as well as internal company policies, procedures, and guidelines

•         Support ad hoc analysis & other duties as assigned to improve the performance of the business

Key Qualifications and Skills

•         Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred, with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience relevant to business development/advanced customer care.

•         Minimum of 5+ year
