- Comprehensive Knowledge of Beverages
- Must possess an Alcoholic Awareness or Bassett card
- Ability to work in stressful, high volume, energetic atmosphere
- Availability to work all hours
- Good communication skills & ability to work well with others
- Ability to learn basic computer/register skills through Info-Genesis
- Capability of working 10-hour shifts
- Positive attitude/outlook
