About the role
- To give all guests prompt, pleasant, courteous, and efficient service.
- Circulate throughout assigned stations continuously.
- Utilize alcoholic awareness training at all times.
- Maintain a clean station and work area.
- Record all non-alcoholic transactions through Info-Genesis
- Must verify all alcoholic drinks through a receipt from the bartender
- Responsible for all ashtrays and drink holders in assigned station
- To inform management when confronted with guest concerns
- Must maintain high-level appearance standards at all times
- Required to verify the legal drinking age of 21
- Must report to work with a bank of at least $20 (cocktail only)
- Possess good math skills and the ability to make change and comprehensive Knowledge of Beverages
Must possess an Alcoholic Awareness or Bassett card
Ability to work in stressful, high volume, energetic atmosphere
��Availability to work all hours
Good communication skills & ability to work well with others
Ability to learn basic computer/register skills through Info-Genesis
Capability of working 10-hour shifts
