Use your experience in University Relations to build and scale early career programs that will attract, engage and develop The LEGO Group’s future leaders. People, Places and Culture (PPC) plays a critical role in the success of the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and deploy The LEGO Group’s multi-year early career and campus recruiting strategy for the Americas region in partnership with business leaders and HR business partners
• Build, grow and oversee existing and new partnerships with external organization focused in attracting under-represented talent.
• Own strategy for external events, conferences and activities with key partners
• Launch, lead and scale internship, graduate and other early career rotational programs for the Americas region
• Own all stages of the university program’s experience including onboarding, events, mentoring, learning opportunities, etc
• Manage relationships with key universities and alumni associations to build a balanced and foundational early career/student pipeline
• Cultivate opportunities for emerging talent to gain exposure to and contribute to different business objectives
• Lead full life cycle recruiting process beginning to end, including attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring early career talent
• Partner with employer branding to design campus / early career university specific marketing campaigns that improve our brand on campuses globally

Do you have what it takes?

• Multiple years of full life cycle university recruiting experience
• Experience with all aspects of University/Campus Recruitment (coordination, talent mapping, sourcing, screening, closing, hiring, onboarding, etc)
• Prior experience designing and deploying early career strategy and programs
• Previous experience building and growing partnerships with external organization focused on building underrepresented talent pipelines and pathways, and with universities, including faculty, administrators, students and school organization
• Experience with developing and tracking key metrics to measure impact of campus programs and initiatives—drive a focus on standard, scalable metrics, and measures
• Proven history of building meaningful partnerships with internal partners, HRBP, Business Leaders, etc.
• Experience and expertise in Diversity & Inclusion with an evidenced track record and proven ability to build diverse pipelines in an early career's context, ultimately increasing underrepresented talent in the workforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success in building new relationships
• Ability and willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles.
• Boston office based position; minimum commutable days to office is 3 days per week.

The salary for this position has a range of 120,490 to 180,734 annual based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
